Cub’s is for young people aged 8 – 10½ years; we meet on Monday evenings from 6.30pm to 8.00pm.
We try to run the meetings with one or two games and an activity towards a badge. Again during the summer months we like to spend as much time out of doors as possible and take part in scouting activities such as tent pitching, backwards cooking and simple knots.
The cub programme has its own activity and challenge badges for the young people to work towards. We usually run three camps a year one indoors in February/March one in May and one in September, both under canvas.
