About 30 years ago she had a friendly connection with the Pattle family that lived at Gascoigne Farm in High Halden.

She was recently going through some old paperwork which reminded her of the family and she thought it would be nice to say hello after all these years.

It appears the family have moved away from High Halden around 2004.
Does anyone know them or know where they moved to, or know anyone that may do?

If so please contact Sally Baldock : baldocks334@hotmail.co.uk

We would like to start by telling all Residents that we have had a report that a local farmer lost some very expensive tools when one of his sheds was broken into in the past week.

Please keep your sheds and outbuildings locked and alarmed if at all possible – the more noise it takes to break into the better, thieves do not like noise as it brings attention to what they are up to. If you are offered any tools for sale and you have suspicions of its previous ownership please tell us so that the police can be informed.

Even more worrying is that it has been reported that there is possible drug dealing going on, right in the centre of our Village! The local Police Officers and Village Support Officers have been informed but again, if we all keep our eyes peeled, we may discover just who these people are and get them stopped.

If you do come across anyone you think is dealing in drugs PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH THEM!! Without putting yourself in any danger try to get a description of the individuals, their clothing and any vehicle they may be in or near, where you saw them and what time of day then either call the police or any of your Parish Councillors .
